The data entered in the form is all encrypted on the server side using GnuPG before it is saved. This applies to all data contained in the form as well as the attached files. We only store a random reference number in order to be able to identify the message even when it is encrypted. No information is stored on the server to decrypt your data. Thus, should our server infrastructure fall into the hands of a third party, your data will remain protected. The only persons who have access to your data are the employees of the Cooperation against Police Violence Saxony. They download your data and decrypt it locally to process your case. After the processing of your case is finished, all personal data will be deleted.
